As a former teacher, coach, and principal, Ted has shaped the lives of countless students, educators, and leaders—always driven by his core belief: Growth begins from within so that together, WE can serve beyond.

A Legacy in Education

• 8 years as a middle & high school science teacher and athletic coach (baseball & football)

• 4 years as a middle school assistant principal

• 20 years as an elementary school principal, fostering school culture and student success

• Retired in June 2022, but never stopped leading and inspiring

Now a certified leadership coach and speaker, Ted holds credentials from John Maxwell, Jon Gordon, and Ben Newman. He works with:
